Surgery Instructions - This packet contains pre-surgery instructions for all procedures. It is very important that this packet is read in it's entirety and the instructions are followed so that you will be properly prepared for your scheduled procedure.
Medications to Avoid - This is a list of medications you must discontinue in the 7 days prior to surgery. If you have any questions in regards to this list, please contact your Primary Care Physician or our nurses at 410-601-8555.
Sage Surgery Preparation Kit - Sage is a cleansing agent that we ask all patients who are scheduled for a TOTAL JOINT REPLACEMENT OR REVISION SURGERY to use the night before and the morning of their surgery. Please read all instructions and follow carefully. If you have not received your Sage Prep, please call 410-601-0714 and we can mail you one or you can pick it up from the Rubin Institute, 5th Floor.
Pre-Operative Surgery Testing Requirements - This document is to be given to your Primary Care Physician before or during your scheduled Pre-Operative Clearance Appointment. All tests are required for your procedure here at Sinai Hospital. This document will provide your physician with the testing requirements as well as the fax number to send the results to when they are all complete.
